From your dashboard in the mobile app, tap the menu bars at the top left corner and then select the Message support button at the bottom of the utility panel. Select New conversation to start a new conversation with our support team, or search for articles from our Help Center to find an answer yourself.
Wellbeing+ web and Help Center
On Wellbeing+ web and from the Wellbeing+ Help Center, click the chat icon in the lower right to get in touch with our support team. Select New conversation to start a new conversation with our support team, or search for articles from our Help Center to find an answer yourself.
What to include in your message
When contacting customer support make sure to be as detailed as possible. Please include the below information in your request:
Your name, your Wellbeing+ nickname, and company name
A detailed description of what the issue is
List the steps you've taken to encounter this issue
Any relevant screenshots
