How do I connect with Health Connect?

Follow these steps to connect your Health Connect app to Wellbeing+

Before You Connect

Before connecting Health Connect to Wellbeing+, you must have the Health Connect app downloaded on your phone. If it's not already installed on your phone, the Health Connect app can be downloaded for free from the Google Play store.

Enabling App Permissions

Health Connect is compatible with the applications listed here. Health Connect also offers support for Samsung Health.

Once you download Health Connect, you will need to make sure Health Connect has permission to sync your data:

  1. On your device, open the Health Connect app.

  2. Tap App permissions.

  3. Select the app(s) that you would like to sync with Health Connect.

  4. Toggle on or select permissions for app(s) that you would like to sync with Health Connect.

    Your application and Health Connect are now linked and data is shared between them.

Connect Health Connect to Wellbeing+

After granting Health Connect permission to access your data, you can connect with Wellbeing+ by following the steps below:

  1. Open your Wellbeing+ mobile app to your dashboard

  2. Select the menu bars in the top left corner

  3. Select Settings, and then scroll down and select Device

  4. Select Health Connect from the list of devices.

  5. Select Allow when prompted to give Wellbeing+ access to your activity data

  6. Select the blue Get Started button to connect with Health Connect.

  7. Allow Wellbeing+ to access your Health Connect data by toggling Allow all > select Allow to confirm your connection to the Health Connect app.

  8. You'll now be prompted to reopen the Wellbeing+ app and see a connection confirmation pop up on your screen. Select Okay to confirm.
