Best practices for a multi-lingual workforce
Ask a user's preferred language as a supplemental question when they sign up for a Wellbeing+ account with your organization. This will allow you to send tailored announcements based on language preferences, since you can filter your announcements by your supplemental fields. You could also set up specific challenges for each language.
Consider including multiple languages in your announcements and content. This will allow users in your organization to reference the language that they prefer.
