How Do I Set Up a Wellbeing+ Account?

Use this article to help you register for a Wellbeing+ account

Setting up a Wellbeing+ account

All users must register for a Reward Gateway account before creating an account with Wellbeing+. Wellbeing+ must also be configured for the Reward Gateway program you are signing up with.

Setting up a Wellbeing+ account

Once you've created your Reward Gateway account, there are a few easy options available to you to create your Wellbeing+ account.

Create a Wellbeing+ account from a mobile device

Option 1: Use the Wellbeing+ link from Connect+*

If your organization doesn't have Connect+ configured, please see alternative sign up options below.

  1. Download Connect+ if needed from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Log in to Connect+

  3. Tap More

  4. Tap Go to Wellbeing+

  5. Download Wellbeing+ from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  6. Return to Connect+ and tap Go to Wellbeing+

  7. Create a username in Wellbeing+ and connect your device

Option 2: Download Wellbeing+ from the app store and use an organization code

  1. Download Wellbeing+ from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store

  2. Select Sign up and enter your provided organization code

  3. Log in to the RG program that has been configured for you to use Wellbeing+

  4. Authorize Wellbeing+ to use your account

  5. Create a username in Wellbeing+ and connect your device

Option 3: Use an invite link from your challenge admin

  1. Click the link you received from your challenge admin

  2. Download Wellbeing+ from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store if prompted

  3. Log in to the RG program that has been configured for you to use Wellbeing+

  4. Authorize Wellbeing+ to use your account

  5. Create a username in Wellbeing+ and connect your device

Create a Wellbeing+ account from a desktop computer

Option 1: Use the Wellbeing+ link in SmartHub

  1. Click the Wellbeing+ link from your organization's SmartHub on a desktop computer

  2. Log in to the RG program that has been configured for you to use Wellbeing+

  3. Authorize Wellbeing+ to use your account

  4. Create a username and connect your device*

Option 2: Use an organization code

  1. Go to https://app.wb.rewardgateway.com/ on a desktop computer

  2. Select Sign up and enter your provided organization code

  3. Log in to the RG program that has been configured for you to use Wellbeing+

  4. Authorize Wellbeing+ to use your account

  5. Create a username and connect your device*

Option 3: Use an invite link from your challenge admin

  1. Click the link you received from your challenge admin on a desktop computer

  2. Log in to the RG program that has been configured for you to use Wellbeing+

  3. Authorize Wellbeing+ to use your account

  4. Create a username and connect your device*

*Apple Watch & Apple Health must be connected on an iPhone device and cannot be connected from a desktop computer.

Common questions

Where can I find my organization code?

You may be provided with an organization code during sign up, but because you are creating a Wellbeing+ account through your Reward Gateway account, an organization code may not be shared. Please reference option 1 for mobile and desktop to sign up for a Wellbeing+ account through your existing Reward Gateway account without an organization code.

My organization has multiple RG programs. Which RG program should I select?

If you're selecting from multiple RG programs, you'll want to select the program where Wellbeing+ has been configured for your organization. Typically this will be the program that all users at your organization can access rather than an account specific to one country or region.

If you see the below error after signing in with an RG program, please select "Okay" and attempt to sign up again using a different RG program:
