Please ensure your data is syncing from your wearable device to the Wellbeing+ app. And if you don’t have a device to use, connect your phone as your fitness tracker or use our manual entry option.

💡Quick tip: many devices require you to open the device app first (ex: Fitbit app) then the Wellbeing+ app to sync your data.

And while you’re fitting in those steps, check out the challenge chat in the app. Post how you got active today, encourage others to keep moving, and maybe even plan a group walk! We can’t wait to chat with you all there.
