Learn how to log daily habit activities, manual activities, and converted activities

Activities to log in Wellbeing+

There are three types of activities you can log in Wellbeing+:

  • Manual activities

  • Converted activities*

  • Daily habit activities*

It is up to your challenge admin to enable the option to log manual activities and converted activities. If you do not see the option to add these activities, it is not allowed for your challenge.

Daily habit activities are determined by challenge creators as part of daily habit challenges. You need to be participating in a daily habit challenge to see the option to log these activities.

To maintain accurate challenge scores, we recommend updating the activities you've completed daily. If you forget to log an activity, you'll be able to log within the past 7 days if needed. Learn more about logging each type of activity below.

*Note: The Wellbeing+ website will not allow you to log converted and daily habit activities. You must access Wellbeing+ from the mobile app in order to log these activities.

Logging manual activities

Manual activity entry allows you to add activities with optional accompanying steps, distance, and active minutes totals into your Wellbeing+ account. Data added through manual activity entry will be combined with any device data synced for the day. You can also choose to enter a manual activity without any associated activity data.

Note: Your challenge admin must enable manual activity entry. If you do not see the option to add manual activities, it is not allowed for your challenge.

How to log a manual activity from the mobile app

  1. From your dashboard, select the Add activity + button in the daily activity card.

  2. Select the Manual activity button or select a recent manual activity to log.

  3. Enter your activity name, optional associated steps, distance, and/or active minutes totals, and select the corresponding date. By default, the date will be set to today.

  4. Select Review and then select Save activity to save your entry to your account.

  5. Once your activity has been added, you’ll see a confirmation at the bottom of your screen confirming that your activity has been saved!

Logging converted activities

The activity converter allows you to convert time spent performing common activities (cycling, yoga, pilates, etc.) into steps and distance straight from the Wellbeing+ mobile app. Data added through converted activities will be combined with any device data synced for the day.

Note: Your challenge admin must enable the activity converter. If you do not see the option to add converted activities, it is not allowed for your challenge.

How to log converted activities from the mobile app

  1. From your dashboard, select the Add activity + button in the daily activity card.

  2. Select the Convert activity button or select a recent converted activity to log.

  3. Choose your activity, select your activity duration, and select the corresponding date. By default, the date will be set to today.

  4. Select Calculate to review the converted totals.

  5. When reviewing the conversion, you have the option to select which metrics you want added to your daily activity. You can choose to add 1, 2, or all 3 metrics, depending on what your device has already credited you for. Simply check the metric(s) you want added, and then select Save activity to save your entry to your account:

Once your activity has been added, you’ll see a confirmation at the bottom of your screen confirming that your activity has been saved!

Logging daily habit activities

If you're participating in a daily habit challenge, you will have the option to log a daily habit activity from the Wellbeing+ mobile app. The activities you can log will be specified by your challenge admin or the challenge creator.

Log a daily habit activity from the mobile app

  1. If you're participating in a Daily Habit challenge, you will see a Log a Daily Habit section in your Wellbeing+ dashboard, just above your Challenges section. This is where you'll be able to quickly log any daily activities that have been specified by your challenge admin or challenge creator.

  2. To log an activity from the dashboard, select the activity and then swipe to mark the activity as complete.

  3. After you're finished logging an activity, select View challenge to see updated challenge scores, or Done to return to your dashboard.

  4. To mark an activity complete for a date within the past 7 days, simply change the date selection before marking your activity as complete.

Log a daily habit activity from your challenge in the app

  1. To log a daily habit activity from your challenge, open your challenge and locate your daily habit challenge mode.

  2. Select the activity nickname and swipe to complete the action. Select Done to return to your challenge, or View challenge to see detailed challenge stats.

  3. By selecting View stats for your daily habit mode, you can open the My stats tab. From here, you can see a detailed view of your challenge stats. Select View logged activity to open your Daily Goals Log, where you can view your previous daily goals and whether or not you completed the activity for the day. Tap to edit a logged activity for the past 7 days.
