This may be because you just enabled the feature or your participants haven’t accessed the Explore feature yet. Please check back later to see data populate here.

In the meantime, you can also send an announcement encouraging your users to check out the new Explore feature! Access our Explore announcement template here.

Explore Reports

You can pull two Explore reports to see additional usage data for the Explore feature at your organization. Both reports have the option to choose a custom date range, which will allow you to pull data for a specified timeframe. Learn more about each report below.

Individual Usage Report

This report allows you to see individualized usage data for your organization. In addition to basic user data, this report includes:

  • the date of each user’s most recent view

  • the date of each user’s most recent save

  • the total number of each user’s total views

  • the total number of each user’s total saves

We suggest pulling this report if you are looking to see which users at your organization are engaging most with Explore content, or if you’d like to calculate overall engagement statistics for views and saves at your organization by combining the data in either the Total views or Total saves columns together.

Aggregate Usage Report

This report allows you to see aggregate usage data for your organization. When you pull this report, you will see a list of all Explore content available in the Explore tab, along with total views and total saves for the entire organization. The list of Explore content will also include the type of content, topic, and any tags associated with the content.

We suggest pulling this report if you are looking to see which Explore content has captured the most engagement at your organization. To see the most popular content at your organization, sort the report by highest views to lowest. You’ll also be able to view topics and tags within this report. If desired, filter the report by topics to see usage data for a specific category of content.
