What is Actionable Content?

When you choose to include content in your challenge, you'll have the option to make it actionable. Enabling this option will allow your participants to mark each content post as completed from within the Wellbeing+ mobile app.

You may decide to enable this option for your challenge if you'd like your users to interact with the content or perform an activity prompted by the content post.

For example, you can use actionable content to write a post challenging your employees to meditate for 1 minute. If they complete the meditation, they can mark the content post as complete from the mobile app.*

Participants will be able to view all of their previously completed content posts to keep track of their progress throughout the challenge. You can learn more about how users will mark content as completed here.

How to Enable Actionable Content

You can enable actionable content during challenge creation. Simply toggle on the actionable content option and proceed with challenge creation.

Once your challenge has been created, upload content to your challenge via the challenge dashboard. We recommend scheduling all of your content posts in advance. Each post you upload will automatically include the option for your users to mark the content as complete. Learn more about scheduling and managing your content posts here.

Keep track of completed content from the Admin Center

As an admin, you can pull reports on actionable content completions. When you pull a report for actionable content, two separate reports will be generated.

The first report will allow you to view how many total pieces of content a user completed and when they completed each content post. The second report will show completions by content post to allow you to learn which content drove the most action and engagement.
