You may be experiencing issues creating an account for a variety of reasons:

  • Duplicate email - a Wellbeing+ account already exists with that email address

  • Ineligible email - you may not be eligible for this program

  • Technical error - your employee credentials are not successfully transferring to our Wellbeing+ system
