Push notifications send an alert to your notification center on your mobile device. This results in a pop up message on your lock screen. Simply select this alert to be brought back into the Wellbeing+ app. From here you can view your friend request, see your new chat messages, and more.

From your mobile dashboard, select the menu bars in the top left corner
Select Settings
Scroll down and select the Push notifications section
Notifications are grouped by category. Click on a category to expand it to view the category description and toggle that category on or off as desired.
Some categories have sub-categories, allowing you to manage various types of notifications within that category. Toggle each sub-category on or off as desired.
Each category will also show the label On or Off to quickly let you see which notifications you have enabled and disabled. Categories with sub-categories might show Mixed if you have some sub-categories on and others off.
Silence all notifications on your phone with Do Not Disturb
In Wellbeing+, you may have enabled push notifications to get updates about your challenge or alerts for new chat messages. However, you may find yourself receiving notifications in less than ideal times, especially if your company operates in more than one time zone. Turning on Do Not Disturb can help you manage your notifications so that you can still receive notifications, but on a schedule that works best for you.
The Do Not Disturb feature available on iPhones and Android phones allows you to silence calls, alerts, and notifications received while your device is locked. This feature can be helpful if you’re sleeping, working, trying to focus, or are in another setting where you do not want to receive notifications.
You can toggle Do Not Disturb on or off as you desire. Additionally, if you have recurring times where you’d like to silence notifications, you can schedule automatic “Do Not Disturb” times. Learn how to set this up on an iPhone and Android phone below.
Note: By default, Do Not Disturb applies to all notifications, including call, email, text, and app notifications, not just Wellbeing+. You can configure Do Not Disturb to allow exceptions while enabled.

For example, you can specify notifications from certain contacts or certain apps to be exempt, or you can choose to allow notifications for repeated calls when Do Not Disturb is on. Visit your device manufacturer’s website to learn more about the exceptions offered by your specific device.
