The Communications Tab is a robust and convenient hub for all Wellbeing+ communication tools. Learn more about what’s included below.

Note: the Communications tab is replacing what was previously titled the Campaigns tab.

How to access the Communications Tab

To access your new Communications Tab, head to the Wellbeing+ Admin Center and select Communications from the side navigation bar.

Features accessible from the Communications Tab

The Communications tab houses all of our features related to communicating with your users. Within this tab, you’ll be able to:

Please note: Depending on your plan type and the features you have enabled on your account, the features that are visible in your organization’s Communications Tab may vary.

Below, you’ll find a summary of which features you’ll be able to access in the Communications Tab, and what information you’ll be able to see.

Announcements

View the most recently sent or scheduled announcements, including your image, title, and publish date / time. You’ll also find the ability to create or schedule a new announcement, or navigate to view and manage all of your announcements.

Content Campaigns

See the most recent content you’ve posted to your Wellbeing+ dashboard, including your image, title, content type, and number of user completions (if content is actionable). You’ll also be able to manage and view all of your content campaigns.

Content Library

See the two most recent content collections from our Wellbeing+ content library, and browse all content in the library with just a click. When viewing the content library, you’ll be able to preview individual pieces of content that you can share with your users in content campaigns, or in a challenge!

Wellbeing Calendar

Preview upcoming events in your Wellbeing Calendar right from the Communications Tab. You’ll see your event dates, image, and title, with the ability to manage all your events, or to create a new event.

FAQs

Which tabs has the new Communications Tab replaced?

The Communications tab has consolidated three tabs into one convenient location! Announcements and content campaigns were previously located in the Campaigns Tab. If you had the Wellbeing Calendar or Benefits previously enabled, those individual tabs are now removed from the side navigation bar and you’ll use the Communications Tab as your access point for those features.

What will my Communications Tab look like if I don’t have certain features enabled?

If any of the above features is not enabled on your account, your Communications Tab will adjust to show only the relevant features for your organization.

How do I request access to features shown here that aren’t enabled for my organization’s account?

Depending on your Wellbeing+ plan, you may not have access to all features within the Communications tab. Please contact your customer success manager to further enquire about the process for enabling any features you don’t currently see in your organization’s account.
