Editing scheduled announcements and content
You can easily edit the publish date and time for any scheduled announcements or content. This is especially useful if you end up changing the dates for an upcoming challenge and want to adjust the timing of any associated challenge content or announcements.
How to edit dates and times for scheduled announcements
Announcements can be individually edited to adjust the scheduled publish date and time. Learn how to edit these details below.
From the admin center, select the Communications tab from the side navigation bar and ensure you're viewing the Announcements section. From there, select the blue Manage Announcements button. You can also select access announcements via the Admin Dashboard.
Locate the announcement you'd like to edit and select the edit icon shown below:
From the Edit Announcement page, scroll down to the Publish section:
Click on the existing date or time to edit.
Select a new date:
When you've finished editing your date and time, select Save announcement:

Content posts can be individually edited to adjust the scheduled publish date and time. Learn how to edit these details below.
Locate the scheduled content you want to edit. You can choose to edit:
Locate the post you'd like to edit and select the edit icon
Click on the existing date or time and select a new date or time from the options that appear:
When you've finished editing your date and time, select Save:
New challenge dates? Learn how to quickly reschedule a content collection
If you scheduled a content collection for a challenge and then changed your challenge dates, you will need to update your content to reflect your new challenge dates. Save time by replacing your existing content module with a new one and then rescheduling the same collection from the challenge library.
Locate your challenge dashboard and select the Remove Module button shown here:
Select the content module you want to remove (shown in the same order as your challenge dashboard) and select Remove Modules:
Confirm removal by selecting Yes, remove:
Select the Add Module button shown here:
Select a new content module. Label your content and toggle on actionable content if desired. Select Next to save:
Locate the new content module* from you challenge dashboard and select Manage & Upload Content:
*If needed, change the placement of the new content module by following these steps.
Select Upload From Library:
Select View all collections:
Locate the collection you want to upload and click on the collection:
Review the collection to ensure you want to upload all of the content, and then select Upload all posts:
Confirm you want to upload all of the content by selecting Upload content:
You will now see all of your content scheduled evenly over the duration of your new challenge dates:
